One thing that is not missing in the world today are parenting resources that you can access on the internet. It can be hard to sort through all of these resources, so we have put together a list that we think may be helpful for you. 

Baby Care

Maybe you are like me—when you took your baby home, you rapidly searched for a resource that would help make this journey a little easier. 

It can feel overwhelming to get home from the hospital, now in charge of keeping another human alive and well. 

Luckily, things have been made a little bit easier through different apps and resources. Some of these resources provide information on all stages of parenting, while others are tracker apps to help navigate those early days of parenthood.

BabyCenter

BabyCenter is one of the biggest digital parenting resources. They create content for every stage of pregnancy and parenting. They also have apps.

    One of the most challenging aspects of early motherhood is sleep.t can feel overwhelming to navigate sleep resources for your baby, since there are so many available.  are a few resources that we’ve found helpful. Selecting your baby’s sleep plan is a personal decision, so it is important to do your research and see what works for you and your little one.

    Taking Cara Babies

  • Taking Cara Babies offers online classes and resources to help parents teach their young children (0-4 years) healthy sleep habits using evidence-based, emotionally-supportive techniques.
  • LullaBy Veronica

  • LullaBy Veronica empowers millennial moms in business to thrive by helping them bring healthy sleep habits into their homes. See our podcast episode with founder Veronica.
  • Support Groups/Online Blogs

    Connecting with other parents who are walking similar journeys can be incredibly helpful in gaining insight.

    There are countless parenting groups both online and offline, and it is important to find ones  that fit your needs.We’ve listed some online options below, but we highly recommend checking out this article for more information on in-person communities.

The website also features personal stories, product recommendations, and online courses to empower and educate modern moms.
  • Other Tips for Finding Good Parenting Resources

    There are a plethora of apps and other resources that you may find helpful. From social media groups to online blogs, our world is saturated with parenting information, which can feel like a lot. Remember, your parenting decisions are yours, so it is important to do your research. Find what is helpful for you! 

    Parenting is a marathon. If you are just starting out, know that seeking support is the first step—and that is a huge accomplishment.
