At She Might, we believe that you deserve the support to heal, no matter what your journey looks like. Whether you feel relieved, are struggling, or experience a combination of feelings, this is a space for you to find meaning and hope through processing your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Our hope is that no matter where you are at after your abortion, this journal would help you in some way. This is a place to start your healing journey, but if you feel you need more support, seek that support from a mental health professional or someone else, like a trusted friend. Every person’s journey is unique, so take what is helpful in this journal and leave what’s not. We understand that not everything in this journal may be beneficial for you and that is okay.

Whether you print this journal out, use it in tandem with your own journal, or bring it with you to counseling, we hope you find it helpful as you process your story.
