ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT She Might Mom's Playdate In consideration of being allowed to attend a She Might Mom's Playdate gathering (the "Event"), including any related activities, I acknowledge and agree as follows: 1. Voluntary Participation. I understand that attending the Event is voluntary. I am registering myself, any guests listed on my registration, and any child(ren) I bring of my own free will. 2. Assumption of Risk. I understand that in-person gatherings, crafts, food and drink, outdoor activities, and play spaces involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, allergic reactions, contact with other attendees, weather conditions, and other injuries or illnesses. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks for myself and for any child(ren) I bring. 3. Supervision of Children. I understand that I am solely responsible for supervising any child(ren) I bring to the Event at all times. She Might does not provide childcare. 4. Medical Treatment. I authorize Event organizers and volunteers to provide or arrange first aid or emergency medical treatment if needed. I agree that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred. 5. Release and Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless She Might, its organizers, hosts, employees, contractors, volunteers, venue partners, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my attendance (or that of any child(ren) I bring) at the Event, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. 6. Indemnity. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from my conduct or the conduct of any child(ren) I bring in connection with the Event. 7. Photo/Video. I grant She Might permission to use photographs or video taken at the Event that may include my likeness (or that of any child(ren) I bring) for promotional purposes, without compensation. 8. Binding Effect. This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. BY TYPING MY NAME BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS LIABILITY WAIVER, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AS A BINDING ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE.
