ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT She Might Fun Run In consideration of being allowed to participate in the She Might Fun Run (the "Event"), including any related activities, I acknowledge and agree as follows: 1. Voluntary Participation. I understand that participation in the Event is voluntary. I am registering myself and/or any minor child(ren) listed on my registration of my own free will. 2. Assumption of Risk. I understand that walking, jogging, running, and related outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, contact with other participants, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, dehydration, exhaustion, and other injuries or illnesses that may result in temporary or permanent disability or death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks for myself and for any minor child(ren) I am registering. 3. Fitness to Participate. I represent that I (and any minor child(ren) I am registering) am/are physically fit and able to participate in the Event. I agree to stop participating if I experience any pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms, and to seek medical attention as appropriate. 4. Medical Treatment. I authorize Event organizers, volunteers, and medical personnel to provide or arrange first aid or emergency medical treatment if needed. I agree that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred. 5. Release and Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless She Might, its organizers, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation (or that of any minor child(ren) I register) in the Event, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. 6. Indemnity. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from my conduct or the conduct of any minor child(ren) I register in connection with the Event. 7. Photo/Video. I grant She Might permission to use photographs or video taken at the Event that may include my likeness (or that of any minor child(ren) I register) for promotional purposes, without compensation. 8. Parent/Guardian. If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of that minor, that I have read this agreement, and that I agree to its terms on behalf of the minor and myself. 9. Binding Effect. This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. BY TYPING MY NAME BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS LIABILITY WAIVER, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AS A BINDING ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE.
